Dr. Andre A. Galiber Jr earned his medical degree at Meharry Medical College in 1984. He became a board-certified radiologist at Howard University in 1989 then completed a Nuclear Medicine fellowship at George Washington University in 1991. He does Computed Tomography (CT), general ultrasound, and X-ray interpretations. Dr. Galiber is a Staff Radiologist at the Governor Juan F Luis Hospital on St. Croix. He has over three decades of radiology experience.

Angelo Keith Galiber, MD is an American Board of Radiology certified physician at Imaging Center PC (ICPC) and Governor Juan Luis Hospital (JFL) in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. He is the 1983 Fraklin Chambers McLean scholar. In 1984, he graduated from Howard University's 6-year BS/MD program. In 1988 he completed a 4 year Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota radiology residency. Dr. Angelo does breast biopsies and wire localizations. He interprets Computed Tomography, general ultrasound, all-trimester OB ultrasound, Doppler, Bone Mineral Density, mammogram, and Advanced Body Composition exams. He has nuclear medicine training and experience. Dr. Angelo is the Caribbean’s only NIOSH B-Reader.
